A Pet Food Store Reimagined

The Living the Dog Life Pet Store branding project involved creating a comprehensive brand identity for 2 local pet food stores in California. The goal was to develop a unique and engaging brand that would resonate with pet owners in the community and establish the store as a trusted source for high-quality & premium pet products.

The pet food industry is competitive & needs to stand out by being:

  • Distinct: Differentiate the store from larger chains and online retailers.
  • Approachable: Convey a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners.
  • Trustworthy: Emphasize the quality and safety of the products offered.

SOLUTION:

Brand Identity:
-Color Palette: A warm & inviting palette featuring blues, greens, browns, and creams, complemented by a vibrant accent gold color.

-Typography: A playful yet sophisticated font pairing, combining a friendly script font for display purposes with a clean, easy-to-read sans-serif font for body text.

-Website: A user-friendly website with high-quality product photography, informative content (pet care tips), and easy-to-use online ordering.

-Business Cards: Clean & professional business cards featuring the brand colors, logo, and contact information.

-Promo Items: Branded tote bags, pet toys, and treats to distribute at local events and as customer loyalty rewards.

-Store Signage: Eye-catching window displays and exterior banners showcasing the brand’s personality and product offerings.

 

Marketing Collateral:
